“Heavy Rain” Upcoming PS3 exclusive game

http://g4tv.com/games/ps3/36147/heavy-rain/articles/67300/Heavy-Rain-Hands-On-Preview/

This is a game you want to have in your collection.  Previews of this game are insanely good.  You play as four separate characters.  The best way to describe this is a Choose-Your-Own-Adventure movie (remember the books?  They were great!).  The game is highly detailed and extremely interactive.  And the kicker, if one of your characters die during the game, they are gone.  There is no reset button and it does affect the outcome of the game.

I’m really looking forward to this game but I fear it is likely not to come out until 2010.  In the meantime, I’ll have Uncharted 2 & Modern Warefare 2 to keep me going.

Prayer in school = Call to police???

This did not happen in China or an oppressed third world country. This happened in the good ole USA last week. In my hometown to be more precise. Kids being threatened by their faculty to have the police come to break up their prayer during lunch. Thanks to some poor investigative journalism this is going to become a he said/she said debate and the truth may never be fully uncovered. I personally believe the kids are telling the truth. This is just another sad example of where the nation is heading if more people don't stand up for their beliefs like these kids did. Kudos to them.

End of an era.

The University of Kentucky men's basketball team lost in the 2nd round of the SEC tournament today, all but crushing any chance of an NCAA tourney bid. This will end a 17 year streak of NCAA appearances. Coach Billy Gillespie will have a lot to prove to the Big Blue Nation next season.

Kentucky.com has the details of the game and other interesting tidbits about UK's season.
